Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, all printable purchases are non-refundable.

Physical Products (Flash Cards)

• We accept returns for faulty or damaged items.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

• If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or general wear and tear.
